 Meet Joe Newbury - Realtor

With a background in construction and transportation, Joe brings a hands-on understanding of home structure, property function, and hard work to every real estate experience. A Park Falls native, Joe moved to Wausau in 2023 after earning his Lineman Certificate and Crane License from Northwest Lineman College in Daytona Beach, Florida. He relocated to Wausau to be closer to a church community that felt like home and because of all that Wausau has to offer, which quickly became an opportunity to plant roots and pursue a new passion—helping others find their own place to call home. 

Joe guides his clients through every step of the process with honesty, perseverance, and care. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, or anyone looking to start fresh in Central Wisconsin, Joe takes pride in turning challenges into opportunities and goals into accomplishments.

When he’s not working with clients, Joe enjoys playing sports, hiking, and spending time outdoors—embracing the same adventurous spirit that drives his work in real estate.
