Tammy has a Marketing degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a double minor in International Business and Spanish. Tammy has the heart of a teacher and truly enjoys explaining the process to clients and providing insight on best practices in the fast paced real estate market.  Tammy and her husband Mike, were born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. They were high school sweethearts and have three daughters and 2 German Shepherds. Tammy has been providing real estate services to the greater central Wisconsin area for 18 years. Tammy started real estate in 2006 and through years of dedication and hard work, she earned Sales Person of the Year, for multiple years. With the abundance of referrals from satisfied and loyal clients, in 2016, Tammy and Mike brought on additional real estate agents and office administration to establish The Waraksa Group. The Waraksa Group is a top team in Central WI that has helped over 2,000 clients buy, sell, build and lease residential, commercial, land and businesses.  The Waraksa Group has received multiple Sales Team of the Year awards over the years and has been voted as a top finalist in the Best of in Marathon County multiple times.  Tammy was the recipient of the 2023 Marathon County Best Agent award and continues to strive for excellence with her clients and their needs. In 2024, Tammy and Mike founded Rock Solid Real Estate to provide clients a solid experience from the WaRocksas, top agents and support team members at this Central Wisconsin brokerage.  Additionally we offer national support, through our unique connections of agents that can assist our clients as well as their family and friends in other states. Mike served for 6 years active duty in the United States Air Force as a crew chief on B-52 planes, then worked in the construction industry. In order to dedicate more time to his family, Mike left the construction industry, obtained his real estate license, and now helps Tammy in their growing family real estate business. Mike is candid and with years in the construction industry, he is happy to point out what he sees on properties that a client should be aware of, to provide knowledge and transparency. Mike has a passion for helping others and it is evident in his commitment to Veterans. Mike helps with the Never Forgotten Honor Flight in Central WI through his time and monetary donations annually to send Vets to Washington D.C. for incredible closure and memories that will last a lifetime.   

Jamie is a fun loving spirit, who enjoys staying active. She was born in Sandusky, Michigan, and moved to the Wausau area in 2001. She attended Wausau West High School, where she discovered her love for interior design. Although life had a few different plans for her including two children, marriage, and a pug puppy, she has never stopped looking for a career that would embrace all of her passions. After selling and buying their home, she knew being a realtor would be the perfect fit for her. Jamie's love for design and eye for creativeness has always been a passion of hers. From the many house remodels to her furniture making and interior design, Jamie's skills will aid her in helping her clients find their perfect home. Jamie received Rookie of the Year in her first year in the business. In her second year she received Top Sales Agent with The Waraksa Group.  Jamie continues to make a name for herself in her fast responses to clients, go getter attitude and relentless perseverance. She is well known in this industry as being a top agent and helping her clients buy and sell real estate through her many online reviews.  

Born and raised in the Wausau area, Adam is proud to call central Wisconsin home. After spending time in southeastern Wisconsin, Adam returned with a fresh perspective and deep appreciation for the community he grew up in.

With over a decade of experience in concrete, masonry, and hardscapes, Adam brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to his real estate career. His background gives him a unique understanding of property structures and potential, offering valuable insights to clients whether they’re buying or selling.

When he's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Adam is a passionate animal lover and enjoys spending his time with his wife at the golf course or at the bowling alley.

Chantal brings a unique blend of empathy, professionalism, and community spirit to her role as the Client Relations Manager. With a background in human services. Chantal has honed her skills in building meaningful connections and supporting individuals through various challenges.

Driven by her vibrant passion for serving others, Chantal is dedicated to fostering strong, healthy relationships within the community. Whether it is assisting clients in finding their dream homes or connecting them with the resources they need, she approached her work with dedication and strives to make a positive impact. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Chantal's greatest joy comes from being a mother to her six year old son.

Cassy has been with The Waraksa Group since July 2016. She started in Real Estate with a marketing and administrative position, then earned her real estate license in January of 2017. Cassy's current role for The Waraksa Group is Team Manager, primarily focusing on transaction coordination, team organization, and property listings. In addition to her Real Estate License, Cassy has Bachelor degrees in Business Communications and Public Relations, with a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, Cassy enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, as well as attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling. 

Izzy was raised in Abbotsford, WI, before moving to the Twin Cities to earn her Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Marketing. As a versatile content creator, she excels in strategy, social media management, and copywriting. With a keen eye for emerging trends and high-performing content, Izzy is dedicated to developing impactful marketing strategies that drive results.

Passionate about rural communities and the outdoors, Izzy and her husband returned to Wausau, WI, to embrace the lifestyle they love. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and long summer walks with her family. She is committed to helping clients showcase their homes through compelling marketing and looks forward to collaborating with you!

Born and raised in central Wisconsin and spending several years working in healthcare, I decided to make a bold career shift to real estate, where I could combine my passion for helping people with my interest in the housing market. My experience in healthcare taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and understanding each individual's unique needs. These same principles now guide me in my real estate career, where I aim to help clients find not just a house, but a true home.

Outside of my real estate work, you’ll find me supporting my boyfriend, Reed, who is a snowmobile racer in the USSA ProStar series. And no matter where I am, I’m just a phone call away for my clients.

Fun fact: I'm fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) thanks to my parents being deaf, which has given me a unique way to connect with people. I’m also half Vietnamese, and I love enjoying all the authentic dishes my mom makes. Cooking and baking are some of my favorite hobbies, and I always enjoy experimenting in the kitchen!
